RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from receipt of delivery, for a full refund, replacement or store credit – (subject to meeting the requirements of our returns policy below)

Due to Health Regulations we will not refund or exchange used or opened products, such as pillows, pillow cases, quilts and doona covers, bathmats etc.

Also for Hygiene reasons (and for your protection) we do not accept returns of or provide refunds for pierced earrings, packs containing earrings, body jewellery and hair accessories – (therefore please choose these items carefully)

#NOTE# All items must be in original new condition and packaging. Any item return that does not meet this requirement will not be refunded. Please note any postage and handling charges to return the item to you, will be at your cost (WE DO NOT SELL USED MERCHANDISE)

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

 

As customer service is an extremely high priority at Gallop-n-Gifts, we take the utmost care when packaging your purchase for shipping to you. In the event your purchase has been damaged in transit to you or your product is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement item, store credit or refund

You will need to quote your invoice number and unique client details

Gallop-n-Gifts will cover the return shipping cost to you

CHANGE OF MIND

 

If you change your mind – providing the item is in original unworn / unused condition and packaging – (refer returns policy) Gallop-n-Gifts will gladly exchange or generate a store credit (store credits will remain valid for 6 months from the item return date).

All shipping charges associated with the return and reissue of the goods will be payable by the customer. These costs must be pre-paid by you the customer. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your security, please return your item with tracking and it is your responsibility to retain the receipt. Gallop-n-Gifts take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.

 

OTHER RETURNS

 

In the unlikely circumstance you have received the incorrect order, please contact us immediately and quote your invoice number and unique client details along with details of the incorrect product – Gallop-n-Gifts will cover the cost of the return of the incorrect item and have your correct order sent at our cost.

We reserve the right to modify our policies as our business needs require.

Gallop-n-Gifts will post such changes on our website, after which, your continued use of the website shall be deemed to be your agreement to the modified terms
