FAQ 1: Are you an Australian Business?
Yes, Gallop-n-Gifts is an Australian Business situated in a small rural town on the Darling Downs, Queensland.
FAQ 2: What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay and Bank Transfer. Bank details are provided at the checkout. You do not have to hold PayPal account in order to pay via your credit card.
FAQ 3: How do I know my order has been received?
You will received a confirmation email after your order has been placed. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk inbox to see if it has gone to that folder. If you are concerned and you have not received an email, please feel free to contact us.
FAQ 4: How quickly will my order be dispatched and how will I know?
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (Business Days) however Direct Deposit will not be dispatched until funds are received and cleared. Once your order has been filled and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
FAQ 5: How much will the shipping charges be for my order?
As we utilise Australia Post for orders within Australia only – your shipping charges are automatically calculated at the checkout and added to your purchase total prior to final confirmation and payment on the order. Should you require shipping outside Australia please contact us via our contact page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
FAQ 6: Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have Confirmed your Order, your order is in our system and you can no longer adjust or make any changes online. You must contact Gallop-n-Gifts as soon as possible to change or cancel your order prior to shipment. Our orders process quickly and can possibly be dispatched the same day. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it cannot be changed or cancelled.
