Our Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between Gallop-n-Gifts and our customers. Throughout the website, the terms “We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to Gallop-n-Gifts. You (the User) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you access and utilize our website and/or purchase any product from us.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods from our website. Any person under the age of 18 must consult with an adult in regard to making any purchase of product from us.

Current, complete and accurate account details are required to allow us to process your order and to contact you should this be necessary in relation to your order. When using our website you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. As a visitor to the website – our terms and conditions apply – as well as in the event you become a customer and purchase product from us. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email and at this point we at Gallop-n-Gifts and you have entered into a contract governed by these terms and conditions.

As most of our products are sourced internationally, pricing is subject to fluctuation of the Australian Dollar, therefore pricing on our products are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of us. All goods are charged at prices ruling at the date of delivery.

We will endeavour to keep our pricing on the website updated, but in the event there is an actual price difference as our orders arrive from our suppliers, we will not ship your order without confirmation and acceptance from you on the updated pricing. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue product lines and will not be liable to you or any third-party.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections and to change and update information at any time without notice.

Whilst we have made every effort to present images of our products as accurately as possible we cannot guarantee the colour of our product will display exactly the same on your computer monitor or laptop screen.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products that we offer. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case by case basis.

If on receipt of your order, should we not have all or some of the product in stock, you will be

advised and have the option to cancel that part of the order and the appropriate monies be refunded to your banking institution or have the option to change your purchase to another product/s to the same value.

Purchases paid by Direct Debit will only be shipped upon the clearing of funds through our account.

You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. #PLEASE NOTE# – Once you have clicked –the CONFIRM ORDER button, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact Gallop-n-Gifts immediately as our orders process quickly and can be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We will do our utmost to maintain our website to be constantly available, but cannot guarantee this. There will be times when your use of the website will be interrupted. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for periods of time and your use of or inability to use is on an “as available” basis and at your sole risk. You may not use any software tool to extract data from our website and agree that you will not attempt to violate the security of our website. You will not attempt to upload any viruses etc. to affect the functionality of our website.

You agree not to reproduce duplicate, copy or exploit any part of this website content. We defend the intellectual property rights for our website and products including but not limited to, logos, graphics, text, images data etc.

You agree to indemnify Gallop-n-Gifts from any claim or demand including Lawyers’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions in using our website including any other person using your computer.

We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from any reasonable causes which are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our website as we deem necessary.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Governing Law

This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
